This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from The Illuminator line of products.

Warranty FAQ’s

What does my limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the one-year Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Illuminator, LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, product(s) or parts that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship and that are determined to have failed under normal use and conditions.

What will we do to correct problems?
The Illuminator company will repair or replace the product for you at no charge.

How long does my coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from The Illuminator is one-year from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

 Physical abuse, adverse conditions (i.e. exposure to water or other damaging environments), any damage considered to not be from manufacturer’s defects.

What do I have to do?
Return the product with proof of purchase, return address – including phone and email contact information, stated issue with product, and the item(s) for evaluation.

What will we do?
Upon evaluation and determination that it is a qualifying event, we will repair/replace the item(s) and ship to the address provided (no cost – continental US only) within 21 days of receipt of goods.
